Design concept of 2+1 a circulating hot water sterilization pot is on hot water of the right pan in the left pan without finished work, hot water would return to the heat water tank, this kind of design has been recognized and used a lot of food production enterprise in China.
• An extension and development of double layer water circle retort, and its unique design make up for the limitations and disadvantages of the two parallel retort, can be used alone or in two for sterilization at any time.
• 2+1 retort add a hot water tank on the basis of two parallel pot type sterilization retort, the heat water tank in parallel connection above the sterilization pot.
• After sterilization, the hot water can be recycled to hot water tank, maximum limit realizes the energy saving and high efficiency, reduce production costs.
• Preheat the water prior to sterilization temperature required, shorten sterilization time, improve work efficiency.
• Two pots use one tank of hot water to work, doubled production capacity than double layer retort.
