Product Description

Planetary mixing jacketed kettles are classified into manual and fully automatic models.
Based on the heating method, they are classified as steam‑heated, gas‑fired, gas‑fired thermal oil‑heated, and electrically heated thermal oil‑heated.
1. Steam‑heated planetary mixing double‑boiler
Features: This product series employs hemispherical stainless steel vessel bodies, formed in a single stamping process by Yixing Beihai Heads, a wholly Japanese‑owned enterprise. It utilizes steam heating, offering a large heating surface and high thermal efficiency. All food‑contact components are fabricated from 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel and undergo polishing, fully complying with the requirements of the Food Hygiene Law of the People’s Republic of China. The equipment boasts an attractive appearance, rational design, compact structure, convenient installation, simple operation, and easy maintenance. The stirring mechanism features a unique inclined‑drive system, with a planetary stirrer that ensures thorough contact with the vessel wall. The stirring system combines self‑rotation and revolution, employing a non‑integer gear ratio to eliminate dead zones within the pot. A sealed drive assembly keeps the transmission area clean and hygienic. The automatic/hydraulic models leverage hydraulic thrust to pivot the stirring arm, eliminating the need to disassemble the agitator, and to tilt the vessel, facilitating material loading and unloading while saving labor. Equipped with a stepless variable‑frequency drive, these units can uniformly mix and heat high‑viscosity products, enhancing heat transfer. They offer easy operation, high productivity, low energy consumption, long service life, a compact footprint, and straightforward maintenance, making them superior‑performing mixers.
This series of equipment primarily comprises a vessel body, a frame, a stirring system, a heating system, a speed‑regulating transmission unit, a stirring shaft, and a vessel‑tilting system.
Inspect the steam piping and valves once per shift to eliminate steam leaks and prevent scalding accidents.
During operation, the steam pressure must be maintained within the design range, and the maximum operating pressure shall not exceed 0.29 MPa.
This equipment must be operated only within the specified “working pressure” range; overpressure is prohibited, and any resulting consequences shall be borne by the user.
2. Gas-fired planetary mixing double-boiler pot
Features: This product series employs a hemispherical stainless-steel pot body formed in a single stamping operation. Powered by liquefied petroleum gas (natural gas), it offers a large heating surface, high thermal efficiency, rapid material heating, uniform heat distribution, and precise temperature control. All food-contact components are fabricated from 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel and polished to meet the requirements of the Food Hygiene Law of the People’s Republic of China. The equipment boasts an attractive appearance, rational design, compact structure, easy installation, simple operation, and convenient maintenance. The stirring mechanism utilizes a specialized tilting drive system, with a planetary stirrer that ensures full contact with the pot wall. The stirring system combines self‑rotation and revolution, operating at a non‑integer gear ratio to eliminate dead zones within the pot. A sealed transmission design keeps the drive assembly clean and hygienic. The automatic/hydraulic models employ hydraulic thrust to pivot the stirring arm, eliminating the need to disassemble the stirrer, while hydraulic pressure also tilts the pot body, facilitating easy loading and unloading of materials and reducing labor. Equipped with a stepless variable-frequency drive, these units can achieve uniform mixing even of high‑viscosity products. They offer user‑friendly operation, high productivity, low energy consumption, long service life, a compact footprint, and straightforward maintenance, making them superior‑performing mixers.
This series of equipment primarily comprises a vessel body, a frame, a stirring system, a heating system, a speed‑regulating transmission unit, a stirring shaft, and a vessel‑tilting system.
The work area where this equipment is used must be equipped with adequate ventilation facilities and a well-ventilated environment.
Inspect gas pipelines and valves once per shift to prevent gas leaks and avert carbon monoxide poisoning incidents.
This burner is intended for use only with liquefied petroleum gas and natural gas; the use of any other gases is strictly prohibited.
During operation, it is essential to ensure that the gas pressure remains within the normal range (liquefied petroleum gas: 2800 Pa ± 100 Pa; natural gas: 2000 Pa ± 100 Pa); otherwise, incomplete combustion may occur, increasing the risk of gas poisoning.
