Product Description

From a structural standpoint, jacketed kettles are classified into vertical, vertical‑agitated, tilting, and tilting‑agitated types.
Based on the heating method, they are classified as steam‑heated, gas‑fired, gas‑fired thermal oil‑heated, and electrically heated thermal oil‑heated.
Features: This product uses heat-transfer oil as its heat source, offering a large heating surface area and high thermal efficiency. When fully filled with water, it can reach 100°C, with a heating-up time of approximately 30 minutes. The vessel is equipped with a PT100 sensor for precise temperature control and includes an electrical control box. It also boasts uniform heating and easy-to‑manage heating temperatures.
This series of equipment primarily comprises a kettle body, a tilting frame, vertical support legs, a stirring system, an electric heating system, a transmission mechanism, a stirring shaft, a kettle-body tilting system, as well as temperature‑measuring devices, an oil‑level sight glass, and an oil‑filling port.
Each time a job is performed, the thermal oil level should be checked. After topping up the thermal oil, the oil level must remain above the PT100 temperature sensor and below the oil-level sight glass to prevent dry‑burning and equipment damage.
This equipment must be used only in a pressure-free environment; pressurized operation is strictly prohibited.
Please use heat transfer oil manufactured by a reputable company; the recommended grade is L-QC320.
The electric-heated thermal oil jacketed kettle series comprises vertical jacketed kettles, vertical stirred jacketed kettles, tilting jacketed kettles, and tilting stirred jacketed kettles.
Heating tube: threaded connection
The heating tubes are made of SUS304, with individual power ratings of 8 kW and 9 kW.
The electric heating tube for 50L–200L jacketed kettles has a power rating of 16 kW.
The electric heating tube of the 300L–400L jacketed kettle has a power rating of 24 kW.
The electric heating tube for the 500L–600L jacketed kettle has a power rating of 36 kW.
The above are standard products; custom-made options are available upon request.
Under a three-shift operating schedule, the electric heating elements should be replaced every three months; otherwise, the material‑heating performance will be compromised.

Electric-heated tilting jacketed kettles are widely used in the processing of confectionery, pharmaceuticals, dairy products, alcoholic beverages, baked goods, candied fruits, beverages, canned foods, and marinated dishes. They are also suitable for large-scale restaurants and cafeterias for tasks such as simmering soups, stir-frying, braising meat, and cooking porridge, making them excellent equipment for enhancing food‑processing quality, reducing production time, and improving working conditions.
