High‑temperature sterilization kettles offer significant energy‑saving benefits, high production efficiency, automatic temperature control with digital display, a wide adjustment range, precise control, corrosion resistance, noise reduction, and easy cleaning. They are widely used in the food, juice, pharmaceutical, chemical, and beverage industries as equipment for heating, cooling, holding, sterilizing, and processing or storing liquids.
High temperature Sterilization pot It boasts excellent energy efficiency, high production throughput, automatic temperature control with digital display, a wide adjustment range, precise regulation, corrosion resistance, noise reduction, and easy cleaning. It is widely used in the food, juice, pharmaceutical, chemical, and beverage industries as equipment for heating, cooling, heat preservation, sterilization, and liquid processing or storage.
High‑temperature sterilization kettles offer numerous advantages, but they must be operated in strict accordance with the prescribed procedures, with safety as a top priority. To ensure safe operation, at least the following points should be observed:
(1) Operating process parameters, as well as elevated operating pressure and temperature, should be carefully adjusted.
(2) Pay attention to the methods and procedures during operation.
(3) During production and operation, inspect materials and locations and implement preventive measures to mitigate potential abnormalities that may arise during the process.
(4) Operation at pressures and temperatures exceeding the design ratings is strictly prohibited.
(5) Operators of high-temperature sterilization kettles shall undergo training and pass an assessment, and must strictly adhere to safety operating procedures and the job responsibility system.

Maintenance precautions for high-temperature sterilization kettles:
1. If steam is leaking from the inlet and outlet pipe joints of the high-temperature sterilization pot, and tightening the nuts does not resolve the issue, the packing should be added or replaced.
2. During air intake, slowly open the inlet valve until the desired pressure is reached. The condensate outlet shut-off valve (if a steam trap is installed) should remain open at all times; if no steam trap is present, first open the valve until steam begins to discharge, then close it again and maintain that opening until only a small amount of steam is discharged.
3. The safety valve of the high-temperature sterilization pot can be adjusted according to the user’s steam pressure.
4. When operating a steam boiler, continuously monitor changes in steam pressure and adjust it promptly via the steam inlet valve.
5. High temperature Sterilization pot After stopping the air supply, open the straight rotary valve at the bottom of the pot to drain any remaining water.
